Nutanix conference 2025
This year again, I was lucky enough to be invited, due to my status as Nutanix Technology Champion, to the annual event organized by Nutanix: .NEXT 2025!
Heading to Washington DC!
Every year, .NEXT moves to a new continent. Last year, Europe hosted the event in Barcelona, Spain. This year, Washington DC, United States of America, has been chosen to host the event from May 7 to 9, 2025.
This is my second trip to the United States (the first was during NTC Tech Connect in San Jose), so I decided to take advantage of the opportunity to spend an extra day as a tourist. It’s Zero Day!
A Relaxing Journey
The journey from my home in France to Washington, D.C., was relatively smooth. First, I took the TGV from Orange to Lyon on May 5th so I could sleep at the airport and be there the next morning.
May 6th, early 7am, baggage check-in at 8am and takeoff at 10am after passing through all security checks without incident. Nutanix .Next 2025 delivered major announcements around flexibility, external storage, and hybrid cloud strategies—solidifying its commitment to customer choice and ecosystem expansion.
Last week, I had the pleasure and privilege of attending the Nutanix .Next conference in Washington, DC, a city renowned for its monuments. For a several days, it became a beacon of innovation in IT infrastructure. It’s always nice to expend a few days in DC– growing up there, I almost took for granted how much there is to offer in that city.
This year marked my seventh attendance at .Next, and each time, I am reminded why I continue to repay . Over 5,000 customers and numerous partners gathered under one roof, not merely to discuss technology, but to connect, learn, and grow collectively.
This conference is more than discussions about product lines or the latest features, it highlights what Nutanix has become: a platform, an ecosystem, and a community with a concentrate on mode

There are 3,000 spaces located in close vicinity to the convention center.
Public Transportation
There is a convenient metro stop at the center, the Mt Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center stop on the yellow/green line. More information is available on the Washington Metro Area Transit website.
