Financial Performance For the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Company had net income after tax of $3.45 million compared to net income of $2.66 million for the three months ended March 31, 2024, an increase of $790,000 or 29.7%. Earnings per share (EPS) for the three months ended March 31, 2025 were $1.89 per basic and $1.88 diluted share compared to $1.48 per basic and diluted share reported for the three months ended March 31, 2024. Balance Sheet Overall, total assets increased by $40.3 million or 4.6% to $909.7 million at March 31, 2025 compared to $869.4 million at December 31, 2024.   Total cash and cash equivalents increased from $125.7 million at December 31, 2024 to $146.2 million at March 31, 2025 for an increase of $20.5 million or 16.3%.
